All prices include economy shipping and handling and are subject to
change without notice. All flowers and foliage are subject to
change based on availability. Containers may vary from those pictured.
Each arrangement is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
Our products are shipped via Federal Express. If the package's
destination is west of the Rocky Mountains, it will arrive one to two
days after shipment; otherwise, it will arrive in two to three days.
Note
that FedEx does not transport product or deliver on Sundays or major
holidays.
In order to honor your requested delivery date, we would like to receive
your order at least one day prior to the desired date of shipment.
There is an additional charge of $10.00 for all orders shipped on
Friday for delivery on Monday.
Priority overnight and Saturday delivery are available upon
request, for an additional charge. Please email

Orders shipped to Canada will be subject to a minimum
transportation surcharge of $20.00. Due to potential delays through
Customs, we cannot guarantee a delivery date in Canada.
International deliveries require signature of recipient and can not be
left at the door.
Orders to California and Arizona may be delayed by one day due to
individual state agricultural inspection regulations. We guarantee the
delivery date only if we have the order one day earlier than described
above.
Due to Federal Express rules, all orders which require an address
correction will be charged an additional fee of $10.00.
Orders to Alaska will incur additional shipping charge of $10.00 and are not
subject to the delivery date guarantee.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please notify us
immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your Island
Flower Designs product.
All claims related to the product must be brought to our attention
by telephone or by FAX within three (3) days of delivery; otherwise no
claim will be allowed.
